ESG does not and will not provide your information to any third party, unless authorized by you to do so.

Specifically:

• ESG collects information from our users and clients at several points on our web site.
• ESG is the sole owner of any information collected on our web site.

Usage Tracking
ESG tracks and maintains certain information related to site usage and navigation. This information includes pages or documents viewed, click stream data while you are on our site, search terms entered, and databases used. If you are a registered user, this information is maintained and stored with your registration information. Together, this uniquely identifies the individual that is authorized to access secure areas of our site as well as enabling the site to provide a personalized experience to you. This information may be used for the following purposes, but again, is never shared with, sold to, or rented to a third party.

ESG may use aggregated forms of this information in order to help us understand usage patterns and areas of specific interest, as well as to identify future features and functions to enhance our site.

ESG may use this information to help our clients understand how their subscriptions are being used in order to ensure our clients are receiving the maximum value from our site.

Ordering
ESG uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption on all credit card transactions.

If you order an ESG product or service we will request additional information from you on the order form at time of purchase. ESG collects contact information (name, shipping address, etc.) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used to fulfill your purchase order or in the event we cannot process your order, so that we might contact you for follow up. Any and all information provided to ESG as part of the order process is encrypted in transit and will never be shared with, sold, or rented to a third party.

Surveys
ESG will periodically request information from our clients and visitors to our site via surveys. Participation in these surveys is strictly voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to participate and disclose any information to ESG. Information requested may include personal contact information (name, email address, etc), as well as discreet and specific information related to you and / or your company (storage products used, capacity under management, etc). Contact information will only be used for ESG internal purposes to track respondents to surveys and to provide the results of those surveys to participants. Survey information will be used for internal research purposes as well as for research and analysis that ESG publishes on its Web site. No personally identifiable information related to an individual, his or her colleagues, or the company they work for will be disclosed or shared with 3rd parties.

Notification of Changes
Should ESG decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
